Quince brandy is one of the most popular drinks in Serbia. The fruits of quince are usually made into juices, jams or quince brandy, a highly prized drink. Since quince contains a small percentage of sugar, it is necessary to leave them on the tree for as long as possible to reach full maturity or even a slight overripe. Picking is mainly done by hand. "Rajal" brandy is made from grapes of the "LESKOVČANKA", which gives it a particularly rich aroma and full flavor.
