What are the opening hours of Prijatelji.nl / Opening hours?

Our opening hours are here Our opening hours are Sun 12.00 - 17.00 hrs and Mon-Sat 12.00 - 19.00 hrs.

 


Are you open on Sundays?

We are open again on Sunday! We have changed that since October 15, 2017, we noticed that customers still want to shop on Sundays. Parking is then free up to 12 hours!

Do you also deliver?

Hell yes. We ship everywhere in the Netherlands, except the Wadden Islands. After payment, your order will be delivered within two working days. (Ordering on Saturday or Sunday can take a day longer.) Read more about how shipping costs are calculated here.

Refrigerated products in your order?

Note: We do not ship refrigerated products. Because our carrier cannot yet offer refrigerated transport. We occasionally make an exception - and only upon explicit request - for some refrigerated products. You can read more about this here.

Can I also order by phone?

You can certainly order by phone with us, if you call outside opening hours, you can leave your order on our voicemail. Clearly state your name, telephone number and order. When your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive a call from us.

Why products from prijatelji.nl?

Prijatelji.nl's mission is to get the best of the Balkans across Europe on the kitchen table and in the living room.

 


Are these all products?

Not all products are available in the online store yet. In our real store, we have about 1000 items. We are adding the entire range step by step. We now have more than 200 types of wine, the largest selection of Yugoslav wines in the Netherlands!

 


Where do your products come from?

All products come from the Balkan region. The countries of the former Yugoslavia. For example from Bosnia Herzegovina, Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro and Slovenia. We order your products through distributors in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.

 


Refrigerated products in your order?

Note: We do not ship refrigerated products. You can only order this for pick-up. This is because our carrier cannot yet offer refrigerated transport. We occasionally make an exception - and only upon explicit request - for some refrigerated products. For example, some customers ask us to send dried meat such as Suho Meso and sausage. These types of products are vacuum packed and if you process them shortly after shipping, no problems with shelf life are to be expected. We package the products in an insulated manner, but the temperature does not remain low enough during transport to guarantee the normal use-by date. In that case, we ask you to send a written agreement, via email. This states that you accept that Prijatelji.nl does not guarantee the sell-by date of the supplier. These products are shipped entirely at your own risk and cannot be returned.

Do you live in the Netherlands?

The regular shipping costs are € 6.95. For special packaging, for example for products in bottles and other glass packaging, a surcharge may be added. We ship a maximum of 20 kg per package, if you want to order more, additional shipping costs will be added. If you enter your zip code in the shopping cart at 'Shopping basket Totals', the shipping costs will be automatically calculated, click on: 'Calculate shipping costs'

Indicatieve overkomstduur in werkdagen: Hieronder vindt je een indicatie van de overkomstduur van pakketten. Omdat Prijatelji.nl geen invloed heeft op het postproces van PostNL (Nederland) en andere landen is de overkomstduur een inschatting. Het aantal dagen kan dus wijzigen. Als je bestelling na 16.00 uur afgerond is, kan het een dag langer duren.
  • Nederland: 1-2
  • België / Belgique: 1-2* *Délai indicatif de livraison en jours ouvrables. Ceci est une indication du délai de livraison des colis.
