Anyone can shop at www.prijatelji.nl. On this page you will find detailed information and useful tips about, among other things, the ordering, payment and delivery process. You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In principle, we deliver throughout the Netherlands, and in consultation also on the Wadden Islands. Delivery in Belgium, Germany, France, Ireland, the UK and other countries is very well possible, please contact us by email.
All products are original and have a long shelf life. If you have any questions about an item or if something is unclear, please contact us: Customer Service
We will answer your question as soon as possible, in any case within 24 hours. (also on weekends and evenings!)
In the shop you can see exactly which items we have and an indication of whether they are in stock. These items are also in stock in our physical store, so they can be delivered immediately.
We do not ship refrigerated items. You can only order this for pick-up. We occasionally make an exception - and only upon explicit request - for some refrigerated products. For example, some customers ask us to send dried meat such as Suho Meso and sausage. These types of products are vacuum packed and if you process them shortly after shipping, no problems with shelf life are to be expected. We package the products in an insulated manner, but the temperature does not remain low enough during transport to guarantee the normal use-by date. In that case, we ask you to send a written agreement, via email or via the order note. In this letter you write that you accept that Prijatelji.nl does not guarantee the expiration date of the supplier. These products are shipped entirely at your own risk and cannot be returned.
The contents of your order will be checked before shipment to ensure that everything is intact and free of defects. Sometimes products can be ordered that are not in stock, we ask for your understanding and contact you for an alternative. In the unlikely event that something escapes our check that is not satisfactory, please let us know as soon as possible, in any case within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
• pay in advance via our Dutch bank account
• Via credit card (Indirect, you need a PayPal account)
• Pin, Credit Card or Cash on collection
After an order you will receive a confirmation email. If something is wrong, please let us know as soon as possible.
After receiving the payment, the order will be shipped almost the same day. We aim to send it no later than the next working day after receipt of your payment. The order can usually be delivered to you a day later, PostNl promises that it will take a maximum of two days. When paying in advance via Bank, we reserve the ordered items and you have 4 days to transfer the money. If payment is not made, your reservation will be canceled and the items will be returned to the shop.
