Shipping & returns


Your order can be picked up every day between 8 am and 10 pm, even on weekends. During public holidays, collection is possible by appointment. Please note the opening hours of our store: You can walk in without an appointment from Tuesday to Saturday between 12 noon and 7 pm and on Sunday between 10 am and 5 pm. Outside of these times, we will consult so that there is someone to receive you when you are at the door. Tell us your preferences by e-mail or you can indicate your pick-up preference with the order note when ordering. .

Within Amsterdam & Amstelveen

We can sometimes deliver your order personally at a time to be determined in consultation. This is not free. For all orders we charge a delivery contribution of at least € 6.95.

For deliveries at other times in Amsterdam & Amstelveen (Earlier than within 48 hours) you can email us or you can indicate your delivery preference in the comments when ordering. We will then contact you to arrange a possible delivery time.

Outside Amsterdam & Amstelveen

In principle, your order will be delivered throughout the Netherlands within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. For other countries, and on the Wadden Islands, the delivery time is a few days. Your order will be neatly packaged and delivered to you super fast at PostNL, our wines are shipped via a specialized carrier.

The fixed contribution to the delivery costs within the Netherlands is a minimum of € 6.95 per package up to 20 kg. The fixed contribution to the delivery costs outside the Netherlands is at least € 10.95.

Orders are sent as parcel post, if possible we try to send by letter post. After your order is confirmed which form of shipping has been chosen. With parcel post it is possible that the package will be delivered to the neighbors if you are not at home. If this is not desirable, please indicate in comments with your order: “home address only”.

If an order cannot be delivered, refused or is not picked up at the post office / collection depot, the related costs will be charged. (This is usually an amount of approximately € 25.00: Double shipping costs, including the PostNL non-collection fine and handling costs)

The shipping box has the logo or a striking sticker of our company. If this is not desirable, please let us know in comments. Then we pack your order in an inconspicuous box, without stickers and the like.

If you want to exchange or return one or more items, that is of course no problem.

Pay attention to the following seven points:

You can return your order and use your right of withdrawal for most * articles for up to 14 days. The period of 14 days starts on the day after receipt of your order (Even if it has been delivered to your neighbors, for example.)
Within the aforementioned 14 days, unambiguously notify us by email that you wish to cancel your order (or part thereof) and use the return / exchange form: [email protected]
We kindly request you to read the return / exchange form carefully and complete it completely. Incorrectly completed forms will delay the processing and refund of your order.
The articles must, if possible, be in their original condition, with all labels and the original packaging. The postage costs and shipping risk are for your own account and risk.
You must return the fully completed return / exchange form and our packing slip with your return shipment.
When exchanging an item, the shipping costs and the risk are for you. will bear the shipping costs for resending. So you get free shipping when exchanging! [XXX-CHECK]
After receipt of the package and termination of our agreement, will notify you by e-mail and the return amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible and / or within 7 working days at the latest. (Provided all items arrived with us in good condition).

* Short shelf life products and / or opened food cannot be exchanged or returned! Alcoholic items, such as wine, will only be taken back if the seal is undamaged. (This is related to hygiene and food safety.)

If the above conditions are not met, reserves the right to refuse returned items, or to refund only part of the purchase amount.

If the return shipment has insufficient postage, these costs will be deducted. We will go through all this with you by e-mail or by telephone. Pay attention! Such costs can vary and quickly run up to € 17.50 to € 25.00.


It is possible that you are not satisfied with something or that something did not go the way you expected. We don't like that either, and would like to solve this together with you. Let us know a complaint as soon as possible via [email protected]
