Herzegovinian climate, aged for at least two years in large old oak barrels. Black currants, dark chocolate, and hints of aromatic herbs, usually - sage or mint, are scents in Hum. Full grown and abundant in concentration and great fruit intensity, voluptuous in texture, and a beautiful finish with an abundance of ripe cranberries or cherries.
"Hum" is the name of the Serbian medieval principality, but the word itself comes from the old Slavic word
“Holm”, which means “hill”, “mountain” or “mountain high place”.
