Honey liqueur from Aura Destilerija from the Croatian region of Istria
This is one of the most common types of liqueur in Croatia and of course one of the most famous traditionally made Croatian spirits. The sweetness and strength can vary from very sweet to 16% vol. up to 35% vol. depending on the recipe and taste. This specific honey liqueur, based on apple brandy, gives a nice, moderately sweet taste to enjoy while at the same time strength to warm you warm from the inside.
