This wine is the top Aleksandrovic has to offer in terms of white wines. This wine is made according to an old recipe from chardonnay, supplemented with sauvignon blanc and riesling and has been aged in oak barriques. The color is light yellow with green-gold tones. In the nose rich and complex aromas of pineapple and melon, but also subtle accents of vanilla, butter and toasted bread. The taste is full, complex and characteristic, creamy and a little spicy.
Rich and seductive, but also fresh with a nice aftertaste. This wine has great maturity potential.
Combines well with white fish, lobster, shellfish, poultry, veal, pasta and soft mature cheeses.
Preferably serve this wine between 12 and 14ºC.
